New mailing list system

As you know, communication is very important.

Today, I’ve created a general mailing list system.
If you want to stay informed about updates or big important news, you can subscribe on our mailing list.

You can subscribe on our mailing list via mailing.codingmammoth.com

We promise we won’t spam you, but once in a while you’ll receive an email when we have something important to announce.

For example: If you want to be informed about the first beta of QuickTwitt, simply subscribe to the mailing list of QuickTwitt and you will receive an email when the first beta is available.

I’ll post soon something about QuickTwitt.

New website

I’ve just released my new website!
I hope you like it as much I do :)

QuickScale 3.8 will be released next week.

Extended store

Hi!

Just want to say that the next release of the CodingMammoth website will have a bigger store. Students and teachers can buy QuickScale with a discount! There will be also a Family and business pack.

Normally, I’ll release the new website next week!

New website

Hi folks

Just a short new flash

I’m busy with a new design for the CodingMammoth website.
QuickScale 3.8 will be released soon after the release of the new website!

iPhone Applications

A little week ago, I created a little iPhone Application that can be very use-full.
I’ll post more information in the near future about this applications :)

Just want to say you guys that I’m very busy with developing.

I’m also busy with QuickScale 3.7 that will fix a little bugs and that will introduce some new features… More information about QuickScale 3.7 also soon on this blog!

Coding for life!

Extended the webpage of QuickScale

Okay,
Something I forgot to say… At the same time of the QuickScale 3.6.8 release, I’ve updated the webpage of QuickScale.

I’ve added some screenshots and text about the features of QuickScale.
Cool, isn’t?

QuickScale 3.6.8.1

If you are thinking ‘What the hell, what a bad version number’, I agreed but this version is a very very fast patch for QuickScale 3.6.8.

I added 1 single if statement to prevent a bug… a very stupid bug.

So, please download QuickScale 3.6.8.1 and everything will be okay!

My fault to release too soon… but I’m happy that I noticed the bug that fast!

Mail-problems solved

Just want to let you know that the mail problems are solved.

30 and 31 August, there was a little problem with the mails send by my server. PHP added every mail to a queue and the customers didn’t receive any mail with their serial number… I’ve send a mail to every person this weekend manually to be sure that they received their serial-number.

I just got a message from my webhoster that there was a problem with mails send by PHP and that they have a delay…
Normally, everyone should received their mail right now.

I noticed the problem because I didn’t receive a ’serial completed’ mail (for my account) but I did receive a mail from PayPal…

The problems are solver and I hope that it wasn’t a problem for anyone!

The ’social network’ Twitter.

Some persons will know Twitter, other persons not.
Logical expression, isn’t?

Twitter is a small system with one big mysterious question:
What are you doing?

The idea is that everyone that uses twitter, give sometimes an answer on this question. For example: Busy with installing a debian server, or going to a football lesson…
The idea behind thus system is: You know people via chat systems, but you don’t know how there are in real life. If you follow their Twitter page, you can know what the people are doing in their spare time.

I have also a Twitter account for CodingMammoth, you can read my tweets at http://www.twitter.com/codingmammoth

Useful? Sometimes …

Get your on Twitter account at http://twitter.com,
You cal follow persons at twitter to receive their messages.
If you don’t like the webinterface,
you can also use a standalone application (like Twitterific…) and their are also tools available for the iPhone/iPod Touch.

QuickScale 3.6.6

The fastest update ever!

Okay, it started very strange… Normally, I receive about 25-50 mails per day. But yesterday, I only received 2 little mails… strange!

Monday, I’ve released QuickScale 3.6.5 (and I will blog some more information about that release soon). QuickScale 3.6.5 was a release that solved some memory leaks but it seems that I was to soon with giving memory free. As result, the ‘register’ panel in QuickScale disappeared within a second (because I gave that memory free…). Okay, it is my fault but it is also the fault about a tool I will talk soon at my blog.
Some users had send me an e-mail with the problem that they couldn’t activate their QuickScale-version…

The problem was that I received this mails today, and not yesterday (when they are send)… frustrating… as soon I received the mails, I solved the problem and QuickScale 3.6.6 is released.

My mails (@CodingMammoth.com) are handled by Gmail (Google Apps) and it is strange that their was a delay of one day on my mails…

It was a strange day, but finally, I’m receiving back some mails :)

My excuses for the problems that some of you couldn’t activate their QuickScale!
